Mrs. Huwra (Tehseen) Zohair, Frobel Play School Principal and Director, has been in the teaching profession for the past 29 years. She founded the preschool in 2003. She is recognized as a pioneer in the field of education and special needs education in Chattogram. She has a Bachelors degree in English Language Teaching, Bachelors Degree in Arts, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Special Education Needs Coordinator, and a Masters Degree in Education from Ashford University, USA. Moreover, she has completed a Leadership Training Programme from Riverside Learning Centre, Ahmedabad, India. She is also a member of Early Childhood Education Association.

In 2017, she co-founded Frobel Academy that caters to children from Class 1 onwards. In 2018, she co-founded Frobel Training Academy and introduced Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers’ Training course (PPTC) under its banner. The one-year certificate course empowers teachers to prove their mettle in any school. She is also a master trainer of PPTC. 

She is a committee member of Down Syndrome Society, Chattogram Chapter, and an Advisory member of Sunderji’s Global Academia, Pune, India. She is a board member of BSRM Group of Companies and has been involved in a number of the Group’s CSR activities.
